We are seeking for a reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented professional cleaner with the right attitude. While previous cleaning experience or education is a plus, the most important qualities are a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to our cleaning methods and tips. Key Details:
- Work Duration: 24.2.2025- 30.9.2025 (As substitute for fixed term only)
- Location: Multiple locations in Helsinki Metropolitan and Karjalohja
- Working hours: Monday-Sunday between 19:00-5:00 am (Must be able to work in evening/nigh shift)
- Weekly hours: 6 hours/week
- Hourly wage: 11.94 €/h
Requirements:
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to different locations.
- Language Skills: Good proficiency in the Finnish language is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in high hygiene cleaning is preferred.
- Must be able to work in evening/nigh shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of high-hygiene areas, following specific protocols.
-Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the healthcare facility, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and treatment rooms.
- Disinfect surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of infections, adhering to healthcare cleaning protocols.
- Safely and responsibly use cleaning equipment and materials, including specialized tools and chemicals used in healthcare settings.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices in line with Siskon Siivous’ sustainability values.
- Maintain professionalism and respect customer and patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on best practices and improve cleaning efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure efficient operations.
-Ability to travel to different locations using a car
