We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and team leadership, or relevant educational background. Finnish language skills is advantage but not required.

-Working Hours: Shifts between 7:00 am to 17:00 pm. Schedule will vary from Monday to Sunday.

-Weekly hours: 30 hours/week

- Hourly wage: € 12.54 

Housekeeping Team Leader – Job Overview:

As the Housekeeping Team Leader, you will serve as the Supervisor's right-hand person, playing a critical role in ensuring that our cleaning services meet the highest standards. Your leadership will not only enhance the quality of service but also foster a positive and efficient work environment for the housekeeping team. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Housekeeping Team: Ensure that all client facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Assist with workforce planning.

- Training and Onboarding: Take the lead in onboarding and training new employees. You will provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

- Equipment Management: Ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintenance. You will educate team members on proper usage techniques and safety protocols to minimize risks.

- Eco-Friendly Practices: Uphold and promote eco-friendly cleaning practices throughout the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning supplies and methods align with our commitment to sustainability.

- Client Relations: Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with clients.

- Support and Mentorship: Your team-leadership will be key in creating a supportive atmosphere where team members feel valued and empowered.

This position is essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a positive work culture within the housekeeping team. Your proactive approach and strong leadership skills will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
